About the Course

This course is intended to solidify and strengthen a believer's understanding of Holy Spirit. The course teaches fundamentals of faith including: unveiling Holy Spirit and the fact that gifts are for today, examining fruits and gifts of the Spirit, Healing and Words of Knowledge, Deliverance and Spiritual Warfare and Prophecy. Upon completion of this course the student should have a foundation for an ever increasing understanding of Holy Spirit.

Matt Scott is the founding pastor of The Gathering Place Church in Moody, AL .

Pastor Matt and the TGP leadership have a deep desire to see every person reach their full potential in Christ. Matt is also passionate about linking arms with other churches and leaders. As the Director of Acts One Eight (A18), he works with numerous global ministry leaders to strengthen and equip pastors and churches. By offering training, practical resources, coaching, and helping churches develop a local and global missions strategy, A18 seeks to see the world reached for Jesus Christ by a God-empowered network of churches.

Pastor Matt and his wife Stevi have five children and live in Moody, Alabama where TGP Church was planted in 2011.
